12ROUNDS was born out of a simple belief: boxing is one of the most complete things a human body can do and almost nobody is teaching it properly. So we built more than a gym; we built a family that sweats, grows and celebrates together.

We are coaches who have competed, trained and sparred in gyms across the world. We brought that experience to Europe. Five countries. One standard. Zero compromise, and today the biggest, tightest boxing community in Europe, where beginners and champions train side by side, inspire each other and grow together.
